Galaxy J7 Prime and J5 Prime: 32GB Variant Launched Officially in India

In September 2016, Samsung Launched its two mid Range Smartphones Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime and Galaxy J5 Prime in India. Both the devices are launched as Budget smartphones and comes with 16 GB of storage space. In few months, after launching both devices becomes very poplar in India.

Now Samsung, to expand these devices popularity launched 2017 models in 32 GB variant. The new Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime and J5 Prime are priced at Rs. 16900 and Rs. 14900 respectively. Both the variants are available in major retailer stores across the country and also on Samsung's official Online e-Store.

Except Storage section there is nothing new updation in Relaunched J7 Prime and J5 Prime devices. Lets take an overview on Specification of both of the devices.

Specifications :-

Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime (2017) is powered by an octa-core Samsung Exynos 7870 processor clocked at 1.6GHz coupled with 3GB of RAM. It supports expandable storage via microSD card of up to 256GB. The dual-SIM phone supports dual Nano-SIMs with 4G connectivity on both, though only one can connect to 4G at a time.
It features a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080x1920-pixel) display. There's a 13-megapixel rear autofocus camera with f/1.9 aperture and an LED flash. There is also an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. The phone has a non-removable 3300mAh battery. Connectivity options on the Galaxy J7 Prime include GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n/ac, GPS/A-GPS, Bluetooth, and Glonass. Running Android 6.0 Marshmallow, the Galaxy J7 Prime comes with Samsung's own TouchWiz UI layered on top.
On the software front, the biggest highlight of the Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime is the new S Power Planning and S Secure features. There is also an ultra-data saving mode and S bike mode, though both these features have been seen on previous models. The handset is backed by a non-removable 3300mAh battery.
On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy J5 Prime (2017) comes with a full metal body and a 5-inch HD (720p) display, It is powered by a Exynos quad-core processor, which is paired with 2GB RAM. The Galaxy J5 Prime comes with 32GB of internal memory, which can be further expandable up to 256GB via a micro SD card. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and is backed by a 2,400 mAh battery.

On the camera front, Galaxy J5 Prime flaunts a 13-megapixel rear camera with f/1.9 aperture and an LED flash, and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.2 aperture for selfies and video chats. The smartphone also has a fingerprint sensor that is integrated into its home button. Besides, the smartphone offers dual-SIM slots, 4G with VoLTE support, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a micro USB port.
